Brandywine Homes initially reached out to BDX to help showcase their interior finish packages across three of their townhome plans. However, upon completing the room visualizers, the southern California builders had one more concept they wanted us to help actualize.
One of their townhome units was zoned as a single-family/retail mix, so Brandywine Homes wanted their shoppers to be able to envision the full potential of the first-floor room for a work/living environment. We took the visualizer one step further and created a ‘room use visualizer’ that featured different business scenarios such as the gym, office, and even a hair salon. Check out the visualizer above.
