Homebuilder uses BDX Rendering to sell tiny homes before their infrastructure is built.

 

As Austin, Texas continues to experience record growth, it has also created an affordable home shortage. Known for being one of the most innovative cities, one developer is addressing the need by developing a new community in South Austin featuring 60+ tiny homes constructed by local builder Champion Homes.

Wanting to market and sell the homes prior to infrastructure being in place for home shoppers to view the community, Champion turned to BDX to develop renderings. BDX created renderings ranging from images of the individual micro homes to an overhead view of the entire community.
