We’re halfway through the year, and builders are showing up with the highest numbers in our rank just by following some simple design and best practices we share monthly with you all. So, here’s how they did it and how you can improve your communications via email with your agents.
Please email us at connect@thebdx.com with any comments.
#1 – Calcagni Real
Subject Line: Coleman Farms, Cheshire – Muddy Boots Tour Sunday!
Strong contrast with colors may be the key for this e-flyer, the call to action is simple to get and a good quality photo.
#2 – Lungren Homes
Subject Line: New Homes in Burlington from the Low $400’s
A clean design and only the main info to show is great to not lose the attention of the agents.
#3 – Echelon Homes
Subject Line: Morrisey Lane in Lyon Township Starting from $324,900
More than one picture is always a good idea, the red box helps to highlight some of the main information from this e-flyer.
#4 – M/I Homes
Subject Line: Tomorrow: Haven Ridge Model Grand Opening Event
If you are looking to sell something else than just the outside of the house this is a good option, where you add some additional pictures to get a better idea. Also the big buttons for RSVP and direct link to the community
#5 – Pardee Homes
Subject Line: Aliento at Sunset – RSVP for the Broker Event
An animated (rotating) image at the top can add some interest — however, not all platforms support animation, so make sure the first frame is something you want the agents to see.
