Virtual tours are front and center and a buyer also has easy access to a room visualizer to design their dream kitchen or bathroom. The room visualizer is also located within their Envision Online Design Center so buyers can visualize the rooms with the actual options available complete with manufacturer supplied details.

Don’t just say it, show me! Kudos to the team at Riverwood Homes for taking that to heart. Instead of a boring list of things that are included in their homes, Riverwood uses a home cutaway and hotspots to show home shoppers what is included in the home. Using a visual to show buyers what is included creates an additional memory point. This has had us talking about how effective this strategy can be to make your brand stand out especially early in the home shopping process when you might be against other competitors.
