Summit Homes issued an eBlast to home shoppers with a sneak peek of their new app. The eBlast is just the first step Summit will take to educate and drive traffic to their app, creating more engaged home shoppers.
The app, powered by New Home Navigator, gives Summit home shoppers a better way to organize their search for the perfect Summit home. Home shoppers can search for new homes, create a list of their favorite homes, and even use virtual reality to place furniture within a home. The app also puts team members within reach by enabling consumers to connect immediately to ask any questions that come up in the shopping experience
"Providing the best customer experience is very important to our team. This app simplifies the search for the perfect Summit home and helps showcase our homes in the best way," says Chelsea Fanders, Director of Marketing for Summit Homes.
Once a home shopper creates an account, they can add their desired Summit Homes communities and begin their search. Where it gets interesting using the app, is walking through a community. Shoppers can take photos of the homes and features they like, add notes and use augmented reality (AR) to augment points of interest in the community, drop furniture in rooms and take room measurements. The app is complete with everything a home shopper needs to become fully engaged in the shopper journey from area maps to site plans, down to being able to access a financial calculator. Summit Homes is definitely taking the digital customer journey to a new level. While you can't complete the sale of your new Summit Home on your phone, that reality is getting less far-fetched.
Summit Homes couldn't be more excited about launching the app. With the launch underway, Chelsea Fanders and the Summit team is busy promoting the latest way to interact with Summit Homes.
