Staying Connected: Employee DriveThru Cookout

BDX is always looking for special ways to connect with our teams and show our employees just how much we appreciate them. In normal circumstances this means happy hours, lunches, and casual gatherings. Lately, this has been challenging and so the drive through cookout was born!

We invited our employees and their families to drive through the office parking lot this week to enjoy curbside delivery of burgers, hot dogs, and sides. Our executive team met them at their car with their order. The employees had a choice to take their food to go or eat outside in the parking lot shared. Many people opted to stay for some social time — six feet apart of course.

Although we wanted everyone to enjoy themselves, our top priority was to keep everyone safe. We asked everyone to wear face masks and our helpers were required to wear gloves.

It was nice to see familiar faces — well, at least half of their faces considering they were wearing masks. Take a look at some photos from the event below.
