ECi Announces Integration of IHMSTM and BDX’s Envision Online Design Center

Integration allows customers’ options data from IHMS to flow seamlessly into Envision

Fort Worth, TX—May 8, 2017 ECi Software Solutions (http://www.ECiSolutions.com), a leader in industry-specific business management software and information technology solutions, today announced the integration between its premier software solution for residential homebuilders, IHMSTM,  and the Envision online design center from Builders Digital Experience (http://www.thebdx.com).

This highly anticipated integration links Envision, a leading online design center, with IHMS, providing customers with the ability to utilize their existing IHMS options database to make option selections in Envision. The Envision technology increases options sales for homebuilders by up to 30%, improves operational efficiencies, and increases customer satisfaction scores.

Available as a pre-release to Mark Systems IHMS  customers, this relationship leverages the power of the Envision options database and manufacturer relationships with Mark Systems’ single-database software to provide a seamless information flow between purchasing, sales, the design center, the buyer experience, and operations management.

"Improving the buyer experience is critical to maximizing sales and profitability for homebuilders in today's market,” said Scott Duman, President of the ECi Residential Home Construction Group. “Our integration with Envision gives Mark Systems' customers a further competitive advantage. Coupling the proven efficiencies of IHMS with the industry's best online design center will help provide builders with measurable gains to gross revenue and their bottom lines."

“Our mission as a company is to help increase builder profitability, and this new relationship and integration between Envision and Mark Systems IHMS will help builders sell more new home options and increase the margins on each home they sell,” said Tim Costello, Chief Executive Officer of BDX. “Working together, we have done the heavy lifting for home builders and made the flow of data virtually seamless. This integration is about creating true digital transformation within our builder organizations by having systems that communicate and work together to improve operational efficiencies.”
