Builders Doing Amazing Things—Builder Goes Bot…Robot!

Home Builder Use Robot To Show Model HomesThis is one that we didn’t see coming in our vision for how robots might take over the world. We are so impressed with the forward thinking, problem solving Tennessee builder, Goodall Homes. They went about the social distancing measure in an entirely different way and they’ve hired some unconventional help to get it done. Meet their Robot Realtor.

Goodall Homes actually started implementing Robot Realtors in their Hendersonville community last year. Talk about great timing!

The robots provide a human interaction without physical contact. Each robot is operated remotely by a team member ensuring that each guest gets personal interaction. Goodall Homes is also going beyond the robot realtor tour and offering live video tours, video conferencing, phone appointments and meetings via FaceTime. For buyers still in the market to buy a new home, Goodall Homes has plenty of options when it comes to connecting virtually!

Are you doing something impressive to adapt to this new normal? We want to hear about it. Email your story to info@thebdx.com.
