We have always valued the importance of the woman in the home buying decision, but now it’s more important than ever to understand what a woman wants.
Today’s female buyer is very different than previous generations and women truly are wired differently than men. We need to understand these differences and modify our marketing accordingly. If not, we run the risk of not appealing to the female buyer, or even worse, truly alienating her.
