Outlandish Turtle-Shaped Floating City
Italian designers created plans for a solar-powered "terayacht" shaped like a turtle. The vessel, called the Pangeos, would feature hotels, shopping centers, and parks and be able to house up to 60,000 guests. Currently, this floating city is only a concept.
