Instagram is adding a new feature to help enhance their feed photo post experience. The platform's users already incorporate music to express themselves on Stories and Reels, so the app took it one step further and now offers the same tool for their still photos. Outlandish Turtle-Shaped Floating City 

Italian designers created plans for a solar-powered "terayacht" shaped like a turtle. The vessel, called the Pangeos, would feature hotels, shopping centers, and parks and be able to house up to 60,000 guests. Currently, this floating city is only a concept. But if this massive watercraft comes to fruition, it will become the largest floating structure ever invented. Learn more about the Pangeos in the Daily Mail's article.
